Position: Education Recruitment Consultant - Special Educational Needs
Location: London Liverpool Street
Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission
At Dunbar Education, we're leaders in education recruitment, providing schools with talented SEN staff, including SEN Teaching Assistants, SEN Teachers, and more. We're seeking motivated individuals to join our growing sales team and help place exceptional professionals in rewarding SEN roles.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and SEN professionals
- Source and recruit high-quality SEN Teaching Assistants, Teachers, and support staff
- Match candidates with the right SEN roles, ensuring a perfect fit for both candidates and schools
- Develop your desk, achieve sales targets, and grow your business through proactive client and candidate engagement
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
We're Looking For:
Trainee / Entry-Level Candidates: No experience in recruitment? No problem! If you have a background in sales, customer service, or education, we'll provide you with all the training and support you need to succeed.
Experienced Recruitment Consultants: If you already have a background in recruitment or education recruitment, you'll hit the ground running and take advantage of our strong client base and excellent resources.
