Position Overview: The Powder Coating Labourer will be responsible for supporting the powder coating process by preparing parts, maintaining the work environment, and assisting the powder coaters. This is an entry-level role with potential for growth, ideal for someone with a good work ethic and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare parts for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging parts on racks. * Assist in loading and unloading parts from the coating booths or oven. * Maintain a clean and organised work area, including cleaning tools and equipment. * Monitor and maintain supplies such as masking materials, cleaning agents, and other necessary items. * Ensure adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Help in inspecting coated parts for quality and assist in reworking any defective items. * Perform general labouring tasks as needed to support production operations.
