Responsibilities and duties Reporting to the Lead Mechanical Engineer you will: Deliver piping work packages for UK nuclear projects, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications Manage design changes, ensuring timely closure of issues and alignment with project timelines Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning within the team Work with CAD designers on model development and ensure adherence to design standards Propose technical solutions and effectively communicate with all stakeholders Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following: Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent Experience with process plant design and technical work delivery Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines High level of technical coordination Salary and benefits of the Mechanical Engineer role Salary up to £65,000 25 days annual leave per year raising to 28 8% Employer pension contribution Individual and family private health care Life assurance Astute People are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
