Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established Engineering Workshop in their search for a CNC Programmer based near Deeside. For the successful CNC Programmer, our client is offering: £16.50 - £17.50 per hour Overtime available Days Role Temporary to Permanent The role - CNC Programmer: Develop CNC turning programs for Featurecam/Mastercam for lathe operations based on engineering drawings/models and specifications Set up and operate CNC lathe to produce precision parts Select appropriate tooling and fixtures for each job Assemble and disassemble machine components as needed Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize machining What our client is looking for in a CNC Programmer Must have experience in operating HAAS/HYUNDAI/BROADBENT machines. - ESSENTIAL Must have experience in programming using FeatureCam or MasterCam Proficiency in CAD software for creating or modifying part designs Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles Proficiency in tooling selection, assembly, and fabrication techniques Experience with materials handling and inventory management in a warehouse setting Basic math skills for calculations and measurements Familiarity with logic controllers and programming languages used in CNC machines Knowledge of welding processes and techniques Key skills or similar Job titles: CNC Programmer, Lathe Setter Commutable From: Deeside, Flint, Chester For further information about this and other positions please apply now.
