Behaviour Analyst - Circa £38,000-£45,000 depending on experience Home From Home Care are a market leading, innovative organisation at the forefront of developing Social Care support and delivery. This would include: Completing a variety of assessments / using appropriate assessment tools to develop Comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments Develop a wide range of support practices as part of a Positive Behaviour Support Plan for individuals across HFHCs support services Working collaboratively with the individuals we support and key stakeholders in identifying, and achieving, goals, aspirations and desired outcomes - underpinning these with clinical frameworks and quality of life outcomes Utilising / analysing data to inform Clinical and Operational decision making Coaching and mentoring the support teams in adopting new support practices and/or enhancing existing support practices Reviewing the Procedural Fidelity of support teams and support practices across locations Delivering Post-Event Debriefs to explore potential Learning Outcomes and support the Wellbeing of those involved Creating relevant reports and documentation to an exceptional standard.
