As the Production Manager, you will take a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Operations Manager and Directors. You will oversee all production activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. You will have the authority to lead, inspire, and shape the future of the production team while also playing a vital part in the company's overall strategy. Full autonomy will be provided to implement efficiencies, working alongside senior leadership to ensure continuous growth and success.

The Role
Production Manager
Overseeing that production targets, H&S and new improvements are being met across the site
Managing teams involved in production, fitting, quality and health & safety
Leading your own projects and improvement plans
Monday to Friday, Days based shift pattern
The Person
Production Manager/ Factory Manager/ Manufacturing Manager or similar experience
Extensive experience working in manufacturing/ production environment
Able to oversee Health & Safety, KPIs and Quality Standards
