Senior Client Accountant FTC

We're on the search for a Senior Client Accountant to join a property management business based in Leeds for a 9 month FTC maternity cover. In this role you will be handling a range of service charge and client accounts duties on your own portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

Duties:

• Maintain property management databases on Tramps and Yardi Voyager, including setting up new leases, terminating leases, and completing lease renewals/assignments.
• Input and manage rent reviews in the databases.
• Reconcile tenant accounts and raise ad-hoc tenant demands for rent, service charge, and insurance.
• Post tenant receipts and process tenant refunds as needed.
• Upload service charge budgets on Voyager and manage budget-related tasks.
• Reconcile service charges and close year-end accounts within 3 months of the year-end.
• Prepare quarterly service charge reports across all groups.
• Assist with client reporting and ensure timely completion of tasks and reconciliations.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a similar position handling service charge and client accounting processes
• Experience using a property management system such as TRAMPS/YARDI/QUBE
• Strong communication skills both with internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills
