We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans. If you have a passion for sales, building strong client relationships, and supporting learners in their journey to employment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Work closely with our learners to help them secure job opportunities
* Promote and sell our free services, encouraging clients to work with us in helping learners gain employment
* Arrange job interviews for learners and assist with interview preparation
* Organize job fairs and other career-related events for learners
* Create and deliver compelling sales presentations
* Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads
* Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer data
* Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business development or a sales role
* Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
* Passion for supporting learners in their career journey and connecting them with employers
