- Define the department's strategy, set objectives, and support business growth.

- Oversee technical scoping and manage scope changes.

- Effective Hiring: Successfully recruit top-tier tech experts, maintaining a robust talent pipeline to meet the evolving needs of the practice.
- Retention Rates: Maintain high retention rates of tech experts by fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on the performance of tech experts, ensuring they meet or exceed established KPIs and performance standards.
Resource Utilization Rate:
- Optimal Utilization: Achieve and sustain an optimal resource utilization rate, ensuring that tech experts are effectively allocated to projects without underutilization or overburden.
- Capacity Planning: Implement strategic capacity planning to anticipate and address resource needs, balancing workload across the team.
- Efficiency Improvements: Continuously improve resource allocation processes to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

Required Skills:
