A freelance Site Manager is required for a 20 week refurbishment project to 9 Flats in Bognor Regis , the role is working for a Main Contractor. Site Managers seeking to apply must have SMSTS & a valid First Aid ticket as this is a Stand alone role. Project will consist of repair to leaks , Installations of new Kitchens & Bathroom and decoration works. Project Starts on site in the next few weeks. CIS working available
