JOB- Commercial Contracts Officer
LOCATION- North Devon
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £32,000 - £43,000 per annum (dependent on experience; please advise)

My engineering Client are looking to take on a Commercial Contracts Officer on a permanent basis in the North Devon area.
The Commercial Contracts Officerwill ideally have the following attributes:

• Previous experience working in a commercial contract environment
• A relevant Degree qualification or similar in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field would be preferred
• Have excellent knowledge of contractual documentation
• Knowledge of terms and conditions and also pricing
• Experience in both negotiation and bid preparation
• Have good communication skills both verbal and written
• Be confident in developing business relationships
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good proficiency with using Microsoft Office
• Have the ability to work well under pressure

The Commercial Contracts Officer role will involve:

• Working closely with and supporting the Commercial Manager
• Taking responsibility for Commercial Contracts
• Being involved in both internal and external meetings
• Producing change notes
• Being involved in business and also financial planning
• Commercial contract administration
• Checking that contractual elements are carried out
• Working with attention to detail
