Our client is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team due to a period of high growth and expansion. Our client is a well-known manufacturer distributing their specialist products across the globe.
Maintenance Engineer Job Requirements:
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
Ensure continuous production through effective maintenance.
Lead scheduled maintenance tasks with minimal downtime.
Support building upkeep and strategic projects.
Implement productivity, safety, and ergonomic improvements.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Adhere to company policies and business systems.
Contribute to cost-reduction and performance improvement initiatives.
Perform additional duties as required.
Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
3+ years proven work experience in a similar role.
Lean Manufacturing / 5S Systems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Experienced in applying Lean Manufacturing principles.
Familiar with ERP systems.
Profound knowledge of materials, mechanics, and manufacturing processes, including forging, CNC machining, presswork, and assembly.
