Para Group Holdings are a Children Residential Care Provider that look after a number of Young People with Emotional Behavioural needs and Learning Difficulties. We are now on the look out for an experienced Internal Recruiter who has experience of recruiting within the Health and Social Care Sector. Opportunity: Internal Recruiter will have experience of recruiting within the Health and Social Care Sector responsible for the internal recruitment for the Group. Role and Responsibilities: * CV Sourcing suitable candidates * Booking in Interviews * Attending Job Fairs * Ensuring Candidates have right to work * Recruiting for Residential Support Workers, Registered Managers * Stakeholder Management * Ability to make high volume of candidate calls and booking candidates in Experience: * Recruitment within Social Care * High Volume Recruitment experience * UK Driving Licence
