Due to new contract wins Daley Recruitment are now seeking an experienced office Administrator to join our team in Wembley.
Office Administrator Pay and working rota:
Pay £12.50-£13.00per hour depending on experience (Bonuses available based on performance)
Shift: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Friday
Hours of work: 09:30-15:00 (20-30 hours per week)
As an office administrator you will be required to completed the following tasks:
- Data Entry - Keying in timesheets for all temporary workers on a weekly basis
- Resourcing - Contacting suitable new applicants to complete face to face or online registrations
- Verifying documents including RTW, licence checks through online services and video calling
- Referencing - Send and follow up and worker references to a 5 year standard.
