Lead personal sales and prospecting initiatives to successfully sell the company products, Risk Management services, and life lead generation. Identify untapped markets and convert prospects into loyal customers, contributing to the organisation's customer base growth and sales pipeline. Handle incoming calls from existing commercial customers, providing advice, making changes, and ensuring coverage is accurate. Conduct renewal reviews with existing customers, up-selling cover where required. Create quotations for new customers. Generate new leads and prospects to build a pipeline of business.
