CRM Assistant Manager Contract Details: · Contract Type: Temporary · Hourly Rate: £20 - £21.97 · Contract Length: 8 weeks Join our prestigious beauty industry client's CRM team and play a key supporting role as their CRM Assistant Manager! If you're looking for hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this is the opportunity for you! In this temporary role, you will contribute to the execution of CRM and loyalty strategies for renowned brands. You will work closely with the team to ensure successful campaign execution and enhance customer engagement. Responsibilities: · Brief the design agency on campaign creatives, ensuring clear communication of requirements and deadlines. · Collaborate with the email agency by providing necessary campaign details for successful execution. · Collate data to report on campaign performance on a weekly basis. · Optimise email triggers for enhanced customer engagement and conversion rates. · Maintain and update the data acquisition tracker. · Support brands with data privacy templates related to data acquisition campaigns. · Liaise with customer service to understand loyalty conversations with our customers. · Collaborate with the DTC team to test new CRM initiatives, assisting in briefing new loyalty functionalities and website triggers using Yieldify. · Assist with ad-hoc CRM projects as needed. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a keen attention to detail.
