Sub Agent/ Engineer ( Lifton)

We are currently seeking a Sub-Agent / Engineer to join our clients construction team on a temporary basis. The position is available immediately and will run for an initial 3-month period, with the potential for extension based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Site Operations: Oversee daily activities and ensure smooth progress of works.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, including those involved in directional drilling operations.
• Material and Equipment Procurement: Complete take-offs and manage the procurement of required materials and equipment.
• Permit Management: Ensure all necessary permits are obtained and adhered to.
• Quality and Safety Monitoring: Maintain a high standard of quality and safety on-site, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience in Subcontractor Management is essential.
• Strong understanding of site supervision and engineering practices.
• Ability to manage permits and monitor site quality and safety effectively.
• Experience in completing material take-offs and procurement processes.
• Availability to start immediately.
• Water works experience.
