About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Planner to join our team, responsible for transforming conceptual programmes from our development team into actionable, detailed plans. You will collaborate closely with General Contractors (GCs), MEP partners, and our internal delivery team to ensure project timelines and milestones are realistic, achievable, and aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage comprehensive construction project schedules. • Translate conceptual plans into detailed, executable programmes for stakeholders. • Coordinate with GCs, MEP partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project timelines. • Monitor project progress, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions as necessary. • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and other relevant stakeholders. Requirements: • Background in Project Management (PM) or Quantity Surveying (QS). • Strong technical skills in construction planning and scheduling. • Proven experience in large-scale construction projects, with a focus on project planning and delivery. • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
