Assistant Manager - Vehicle Servicing and Repairs Our client, a well-established leader in vehicle servicing, MOTs, and repairs, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join their team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Centre Manager in managing and leading quick fit operations, with a focus on driving profitability, maximizing productivity, and coaching and motivating the team. Ideally, you will have previous hands-on experience as a Level 3 Technician and/or MOT Tester, as your time will be divided between working in the workshop alongside the team and assisting with daily sales and customer service operations.
