Multi Trade Operative

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of various building projects, playing a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction through your technical expertise. Key Responsibilities: Perform a comprehensive range of building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements. Execute routine reactive repairs as well as substantial renewal and refurbishment projects. Ensure compliance with current standards, regulations, and best practices within the trade. Diagnose building faults accurately and efficiently. Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards and customer service. In this role, you will engage with both void and tenanted properties, delivering exceptional service and craftsmanship. This position offers the opportunity for full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with the potential for overtime.
