Job Title: Sales Executive – Healthcare Services (Patient Transport) (Commission Only, Fully Remote) Location: Fully Remote (UK-Based) Job Type: Commission-Based, Full-Time Commission: 20% on all new client contracts About Us: We are a leading healthcare services company dedicated to providing safe, compassionate, and reliable non-emergency patient transport across the UK. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dynamic, motivated Sales Executives to help us expand our network and secure new client contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding healthcare company and make a tangible difference by improving access to healthcare for patients in need. Key Responsibilities: New Client Acquisition : Proactively engage with healthcare providers (NHS trusts, private hospitals, clinics, care homes) to promote our patient transport services. Relationship Development : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector. Sales Strategy Execution : Develop and implement targeted sales plans to meet regional needs and maximize revenue. Contract Negotiation : Present services, negotiate contract terms, and close deals aligned with company goals. Market Research : Stay updated on healthcare trends, NHS frameworks, and industry changes to position our services effectively. Collaboration : Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for new clients. Performance Reporting : Track sales progress and provide feedback to continually improve strategies. Qualifications: Proven sales experience (minimum 2 years), ideally within healthcare services, medical logistics, or a related field. Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system, including NHS structures and private healthcare providers. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers. Confidence in negotiating contracts and presenting service solutions tailored to client needs. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for driving results. Full UK driver's licence and willingness to travel across the UK. Clean DBS check required prior to starting.
