Our London-based Global, EMEA & UK team will comprise of around 100 people, who are dedicated to LEGO’s business, and supported by teams in 55 markets across the world, who are a true extension of our team.


The Role


  • Lead strategic and tactical execution of paid search campaigns.
  • Manage innovative campaigns for LEGO across all paid search and biddable platforms.
  • Achieve campaign objectives and KPIs efficiently.
  • Focus on Google products and collaborate with various media partners.



Key Responsibilities


  • Execute and optimize paid search strategies.
  • Meet clients' targets and performance goals.
  • Manage a team of executives for efficient campaign execution.
  • Contribute to account development and share expertise with the team.



Candidate background (Ideal, not essential)


  • Search Specialist with 1+ other channel experience (Social/ programmatic/ affiliate etc)
  • Large agency background, however open to all profiles.
  • Experience with multi-market, large budget campaigns.
  • Experience running e-commerce campaigns and objectives (e.g., through Google shopping / PMAX)
  • Strong Senior Executive looking to step up, or existing Manager.
