Finatal is working with a scaling technology company who have just been acquired by blue chip PE and are about to undergo a cross-functional company-wide transformation program. They require a business analyst to assist with the improvement of business processes. Your first task will be to analyse current processes with a view to mapping them correctly to visualise the current issues across functions of customer journey and understand the metrics within current processes. You will then translate these into business requirements and the future state target operating model, running workshops to gain buy-in across the business. You will be working with people at all levels of the company, including senior stakeholders.
Ideally you’ll have a track record in; Business analyst / Lead BA roles Mapping business processes and metrics Stakeholder mgmt Driving transformation agendas Working at pace to fill short and changing deadlines
