Control Systems Engineer

JOB – Control Systems Engineer LOCATION – Liverpool TERM – Permanent SALARY – circa £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience A UK based manufacturing company are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The Control Systems Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: HNC or equivalent electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline. Minimum 3 years’ experience designing & developing software. Good PLC, HMI & SCADA knowledge & experience – ideally Siemens. Strong communication skills. Ability to work alone or as part of a team.The duties & responsibilities will include: Design & development of PLC, HMI & SCADA softwares & systems. Lead & co-ordinate installation & maintenance activities to ensure requirements are met at all times. Providing training & support to junior engineers when required. Liaising with customers & other departments to ensure requirements are being met at all times.
