Multi-Skilled Maintenance Manager

They are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Manager with demonstrable industry knowledge of CNC machinery and demonstrable experience with electrical maintenance to join their growing team.In return for their ideal candidate, they are offering a competitive salary of up to c£55,000 per annum D.O.E alongside a generous benefits package including free on-site parking, a health and wellbeing program, private medical insurance, employee discounts, and more!Roles and Responsibilities:Manage a small team of maintenance professionalsCoordinate and carry out maintenance and service-related duties to ensure a strong functioning production operationComplete Planned Preventative Maintenance programs for all plant and machinery on site, mainly CNC machinesDiagnose Siemens control and HMI interface issues Manage the procurement process for new and spare parts in line with cost effectiveness and agreed budgetsOrganise the repair and inspection of necessary equipmentPrioritise jobs within agreed schedules and deliver jobs on time according to SLAsAttend management and supervising meetings as and when requiredSkills and Experience:Strong understanding of CNC machinery including ability to diagnose and maintain machinesExperienced working with Siemens controls highly advantageousHands on maintenance experience on robotic welding systems, laser cutters and material handling systems desirable Experience diagnosing fault machinery including reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawingsHave a recognised engineering qualification in an electrical or mechanical disciplineDemonstrable electrical maintenance experience, including hydraulics, 3 phase systems and LV systems Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel within the context of managing digital recordsAbout Express RecruitmentExpress Recruitment has been offering exceptional recruitment solutions across the East Midlands since 1987, “exceeding expectations every time” of over 267,000 candidates.We supply a diverse range of sectors including Engineering, Technology, Professional Services, Languages, Sales & Marketing, Call Centres, Commercial, Manufacturing, Local Authority, NHS, Education and Voluntary organisations.
