About the role: Early Years Practitioner: Are you passionate about early childhood education? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive Church of England school in Haringey. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners, within a nurturing environment designed to foster creativity and growth. In this role, you will work with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting their development through engaging activities and creating a safe, welcoming space where they can thrive. You’ll collaborate with teachers and staff, ensuring every child receives the support they need to achieve their best.

Application Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working in an Early Years setting.
• A passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support children’s learning and development through structured and creative activities.
• Assist with classroom preparation and the delivery of the EYFS curriculum.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to ensure individual learning needs are met.
• Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
