Part-Time Recruitment Administrator Hook, Hampshire Part-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm) 25.5k Pro Rata We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for approx. one year. This fast-paced role covers everything from writing job adverts and sourcing new candidates to on-boarding new hires, making it ideal for someone with a strong administrative or recruitment background. Key Responsibilities: Write and post job adverts across various platforms. Sourcing candidates for open roles using recruitment tools and CV / Job Boards Writing Job Descriptions Manage the recruitment process, including screening applications and scheduling interviews. Coordinate the on-boarding process for new employees. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team. What We're Looking For: Strong administrative or recruitment experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, we need someone who can work in the office.
