We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager committed to creating exceptional guest experiences from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel's stylish Cocktail Lounge, set in a stunning location within the property.Manage a lively bar serving a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, brunch, and light bites, to both residents and non-residents.Lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ideal Candidate:Proven experience managing a busy bar with a varied drinks menu, including cocktails.Hotel experience is beneficial but not required.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Proactive and hands-on, thriving in a large team environment.Knowledgeable about cocktail or lounge bars, with the ability to manage peak times efficiently.Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.Highly organised with a strong understanding of cost management.
