Recruitment Coordinator

Working within a supportive team, the Recruitment coordinator will support a team of HRBPs, and lead in everything Recruitment! Working closely with stakeholders to manage and support/guide through recruitment process Job advertisements, ATS management and CV review Candidate communication and organising/attending interviews Manage the full candidate cycle - creating a strong and positive experience for each applicant Candidate attraction- a social media guru, who can promote employer brand and create talent pipelines Full onboarding process, paperwork, communications up to contract of employment References and compliance administration Support and lead inductions - they have a very strong induction process for new starters, and this person will be the face of the business during this process Represent the organisation with apprentice suppliers - schools, colleges, and interact with apprentices Represent the company at job fairs Works closely with HR BP team and cover for HR Co when on leave. The role will be based in Manchester, for a company who offer a very attractive benefits package and company culture.
