Change & Transformation Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services (Interims) Fully Remote – UK £40,000 - £50,000 DOE Uncapped Commission Scheme. We are seeking a driven and experienced recruiter to join our clients team, specialising in placing interim Change & Transformation professionals within the Financial Services industry. You will leverage strong client relationships while driving new business opportunities in areas like business transformation, project and programme management, and solution design. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation. Identify top talent through various channels, including networking and referrals. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in interim recruitment within Financial Services, particularly in Change & Transformation. Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
