Sales Support Associate

Our client is a highly renowned, globally positioned active Asset Manager with an impressive track record, looking to hire a UK sales support associate.They are looking for someone with a background in distribution and no less than 1 year of relevant Asset Management experience. *This role is a long term FTC*Key responsibilities and duties include: Design and production of key sales materialInvestment writing in regards to RFPs and other ad hoc queriesSupport business development throughout the sales process e.g. planning and organization of meeting materials and subsequent follow up as neededOversight and maintenance of CRM systemsConsolidate prospect and client feedbackHelp coordinate institutional marketing meetings, including briefing information, presentation materials etcAssisting in the production and oversight of client pitches, fund newsletters, factsheets and other client communicationCoordination and facilitation of various client communication channelsPreparation and sign off of supporting materials for relationship managers and fund managersNecessary qualifications and competencies:Minimum one year of experience in asset management. Ideally within a client service or investor relations type role.RFP experience advantageousExperience of using Salesforce (CRM)Enthusiasm, positive work ethic, dynamic and an entrepreneurial attitude would fit in wellIdeally immediately available or a short notice period as it is a long-term FTC.At our company, we prioritise equity throughout the entire recruitment process.
