This is an opportunity to work with a leading company within the built environment sector. This is the ideal time to add your experience and skills as a Customer Liaison Officer.
Hours: Monday to Friday - Full Time
You must have a valid driving licence
Responsibilities:
* To promote and help deliver a high standard of Customer Care to all residents
* Assist in monitoring, evaluation and control of service performance
* Ensure strong communication links exist between the resident, the client and operational team to enable works to be managed effectively
* Act proactively to ensure that any issues that arise are dealt resolved quickly and effectively
* Co-ordinate and attend meetings with residents, updating diaries, records and reports
Qualifications:
* Over 2 years experience in a customer service role or similar
* Valid driving licence
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Some flexibility of working hours may be required (evening meetings)
* Self motivated and calm under pressure
