Are you an experienced Commercial Manager with a passion for the gaming industry? An innovative and dynamic company is looking for someone to take the lead in managing the entire proposal-to-contract signature process. You'll work closely with the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and execution from initial proposals to finalized contracts.

Who We’re Looking For
We need someone who can:
- Manage and streamline the proposal-to-contract process.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, legal, and executive teams.
- Monitor industry trends and provide strategic feedback.
- Lead sales calls, generate proposals, and negotiate with clients.
- Diligently oversee the contract finalization process, ensuring smooth handovers to the product/project team.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with sales and design teams to create proposals.
- Manage contract processes using Monday.com.
- Engage in client calls and internal meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships in the gaming industry.
- Assist in the creation of sales and marketing materials.
- Attend and represent the company at industry events.
- Review and edit contracts, coordinating with legal teams as needed.
- Report contract and proposal progress to the executive team.
