Skills Description:

  • • LeanIX: Expertise in using LeanIX for managing IT portfolios, software assets, and providing insights into technical debt, architecture, and software dependencies.
  • • ServiceNow: Experience in managing software-related incidents, service requests, and asset tracking, including building custom workflows and automating software management tasks within ServiceNow.
  • • Artifactory: Proficient in managing repositories for software packages and build artifacts, ensuring proper version control, and enabling seamless software distribution.
  • • Chocolatey: Strong experience in automating Windows software installations, updates, and patching using Chocolatey, ensuring consistency across all endpoints.
  • • Intune: Solid experience managing software deployment, updates, and policy configurations for mobile and desktop environments via Microsoft Intune.
  • • IDE Extensions: Hands-on experience with customizing and managing extensions for IDEs like Visual Studio, IntelliJ, or VS Code to enhance developer productivity.
  • • Linux Packages: Proficient in managing Linux software packages using tools like APT, YUM, or DNF, ensuring proper versioning, dependencies, and repository management.



Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

  • • PowerShell Scripting: Experience with PowerShell for automation tasks, especially in managing Windows environments.
  • • Bash Scripting: Familiarity with Bash scripting for automating Linux-based tasks and software management.
  • • Software Asset Management (SAM) Certification: Certified SAM professional (CSAM) or ITAM certification.
  • • Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices for software development and delivery.
  • • CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, enabling efficient software delivery.
