Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to inspire and motivate the sales team.
• Work closely with the Sales Controller to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Take pride in the site appearance, ensuring the showroom and used car display are always presented to the highest standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a main dealer environment is essential.
• Proven track record of outstanding sales performance.
• Ambitious and ready to advance from a Sales Executive role or already experienced as a Senior Sales Executive looking for a new challenge.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
