Bar Supervisor - £13.75p/hour + TRONC Who are we? We are Swingers - the crazy golf club and we are on the search for a Bar Supervisor to join our amazing team . We have permanent Full Time roles available, something to suit everyone! In short, what will I be doing? Assisting with creating new cocktails including special, carrying out menu analysis, stock management and keeping on top of current trends within the market. Ensuring that guest expectations are consistently exceeded across the department. Assisting with the on-going training, coaching and leading of team members to ensure service and quality standards are consistently met. Managing, maintaining and ordering of glassware, barware and consumables. So, what are we looking for? Someone who has a minimum of one years' experience in a supervisory role within high volume, quality cocktail bar/venue. A brilliant multitasker who has experience of working within a fast- paced environment. Someone with a positive attitude, who loves hospitality as much as we do and has amazing communication skills is essential! Why Join us?
