Salary is 30k Uncapped OTE Realistic earnings 60kManchester City Centre OfficePurpose of JobThe Inside Sales Executive position effectively delivers the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiating and closing sales with new customers in line with business plans.Identify and progress cross sell opportunities to maximize revenue goals Selling new product / generating additional sales revenue through effective sales outreach activity, proactive use of data. Main ResponsibilitiesAs an Inside Sales Executive in this team, your day-to-day tasks will typically involve the following:• Implementing agreed call campaigns to potential new customers• Identifying new business opportunities using all tools possible• Handling all inbound sales calls from customers who wish to discuss our products• Meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs• Creating new pipeline and opportunities through telephone and electronic based activity• Driving attendance to customer events program and provide pre and post event follow up support• Working with the marketing and product specialists’ teams to align campaigns and track performance• Continually keeping up to date with our products and development• Understanding the competitor presence within your territory• Proactively identify sector specific opportunities, suggesting marketing campaigns to support further sales growth• Ensuring that all customer and sales information is accurately recorded in a timely manner• Following all internal processes to support the customer journey• Suggesting ideas for continual improvement. 2. Person specification Qualifications• n/a Knowledge/Experience• B2B sales experience (New Business preferred)• Experience of selling software / SAAS products is advantageous.
