Role Overview:
As an HR Advisor, you'll provide comprehensive HR support across the UK and Ireland, ensuring compliance with employment law and supporting managers and employees in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and development. This role offers a great opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and support on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Lead recruitment activities, from drafting job descriptions to managing the offer process.
- Ensure compliance with UK and Irish employment laws, adjusting policies as needed.
- Manage employee relations cases, including investigations and advising on actions.
- Support performance and development processes and assist with HR initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR.
About You:
- Experience in an HR Advisor/Generalist role, ideally in a multi-site or international environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK and Irish employment laws.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proactive, flexible, with high attention to detail.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
