Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Technical Proficiency: Experience with modern high-level programming languages (e.g., Delphi). Knowledge of modern PLC hardware/software packages (e.g., Beckhoff, Rockwell, Siemens). Familiarity with servo motor and motion control is advantageous. Ability to interpret electrical drawings and documents (e.g., I/O schedules). Problem-Solving: Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with a wide range of stakeholders. Leadership Potential: Demonstrated potential to grow into a management position. Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the engineering lifecycle and business processes. Preferred Experience: Development experience in Robotics, Motion Control Projects, Data Acquisition, Safety Systems, or Networking protocolsThe Salary on offer is up to £60,000 with a 20% Bonus, alongside a generous package.
