Business Development Manager - European Road Freight Leeds Up to £50,000 Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30 Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team in Leeds with the focus of developing business for its European road freight services. The company have 120+ offices in 15 countries with over 100 years' experience and are showing continued growth. The ideal candidate will be committed and motivated to driving sales with a background in road freight within a freight forwarding company with the ability to bring on new accounts and business. Drive to achieve sales targets. Use your European road knowledge to generate and follow up sales leads. Visiting potential and existing customers to obtain new business. Promote the business to new and existing clients to help grow the Road Freight sector. Work with sale team members and managers to promote speci?c markets and generate business. Maintaining knowledge and reporting change of market place trends and competition activity when needed. Requirements: Demonstrated success in sales within freight / logistics industry. Business development manager experience. European road freight experience within a UK based freight forwarding company. Accounts management experience. Full current UK driving license.
