Housing Maintenance Surveyor

MMP Consultancy currently has an opportunity for a Housing Maintenance Surveyor to join a local authority based out of Bedfordshire.

This will be an interim position paying 300 P/Day Umbrella on a 6-9 Month Contract

The Role:

• Accountable for the planning, preparation, procurement, delivery and management of capital works programmes to time, budget and quality from inception to completion.
• Management, administration, procurement and supervision of contractors delivering inspection, risk assessment, renovation, servicing and maintenance to council owned property.
• Carry out surveys and inspections of council owned property to diagnose repair defects and order effective remedial works.
• Prepare strategies, reports and feasibility studies into specific related subjects.
