Sales Administrator

Our award-winning client based in Guildford are looking for an exceptional sales support administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, have excellent attention to detail and ideally have some knowledge of MS Dynamics. This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work from the office 2 days per week. Company Benefits: 24 days leave + Bank Holidays Birthday and volunteering day's off Life assurance PMI Pension Bike scheme Hybrid working Key Responsibilities: Support and assist Account Managers / Account Directors Provide customers and prospects with an additional point of communication in addition to the designated account managers Helping with the creation and dispatch of customer-facing and internal documentation, reports and orders - updating/uploading to the relevant system including follow up Assisting with processing and amending orders, using CRM & Sage Acting as the interface between salespeople, suppliers, internal staff and customers Undertaking follow up calls with customers Maintaining correct information in the company CRM system Assist with Pre-Sales tickets, with Pricing on Portals. Ensuring all maintenance contracts are uploaded and current Renewal monitoring, status updates for 3rd party renewals Part of a group answering main incoming calls and emails/chat through Ignite Represent the company professionally, knowledgeably and with credibility, liaising with clients, stakeholders and suppliers as required Experience and Skills Requirements: A minimum of 3 years' experience within a sales administration role Knowledge of MS Dynamics Excellent timekeeping Excellent attention to detail If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted
