Key Details: Position: Learning Support Assistant Setting: Primary/Secondary - SEN Location: Enfield, North London Contract: Temp-to-perm Salary: £95 - £110 per day Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm) Benefits: Excellent CPD opportunities, career progression, on-site parkingResponsibilities: Support children with mild to moderate SEN, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, and social interaction challenges. Encourage small achievements, promoting confidence and motivation in every child.Candidate Requirements: Strong knowledge of SEN and previous experience in a similar role. A calm, patient, and resilient demeanour. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
