The team regularly advises large institutional investors including high-profile retail and leisure clients, owners, developers, and large property management companies. You will be working with and supervising a collaborative team on a variety of complex and high-value cases, with the full support of an administrative team. The incoming Partner will get exposure to a range of diverse matters including telecoms disputes, contested and uncontested business lease renewals, development disputes, rights of light, overage claims, nuisance, restrictive covenant disputes, and property-related professional negligence claims. The incoming Partner can work from any of their Cambridge, Peterborough or Nottingham offices.
