Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Lewisham Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6+months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a HR Business Partner this role will be: SE6 4RU, Hybrid 2 days The right candidate will: The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Partnering and Employee relations, experience of managing others and setting performance targets. * Performance Targets/Monitoring * Employee Relations and Safeguarding * Workshops * Policy analysis and continuous updates * Pay rewards * Employee Management, Grievances, Absence, Disciplinary We require the following: * Experience working within a local authority DESIRABLE. * We are looking for an experienced Senior HR practitioner with a proven successful track record working in a complex environment/organisation.
