Occupational Therapist (Grade K)

Who You Are You are an experienced Occupational Therapist seeking a dynamic position within adult social care. With a minimum of two years as a qualified OT, you bring strong case work skills and expertise in physical rehabilitation within a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable with a flexible work schedule and are based in London to efficiently handle any urgent case load events. What the Job Involves This role involves working within an integrated Reablement Service on a rehabilitation programme, supporting service users in the community for up to six weeks. You will collaborate with in-house reablement officers who provide care under your direction, aiming to prevent, reduce, or delay the need for long-term care. The position includes managing a varied caseload comprising both hospital discharges and community referrals. You will be required to complete risk assessed home visits as necessary and be office-based two days a week, with opportunities for some remote work, typically from Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
