You will be building on existing client relationships and therefore ensuring commissions are delivered on time.  Find out what it is like to work at Pick Everard here: Life at PickEverard - Pick EverardAbout YouOur ideal Cost Manager must have:  Previous experience delivering cost management of building projects from feasibility/option studies through to detailed cost planning and post contract cost management. Thorough knowledge of the principal standard forms of building contracts, including JCT and NEC3 A commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience Multi-sector background gained in consultancy or construction environment, It would be nice for you to have: MRICS / Chartered Surveyor status A professional and compassionate attitude Excellent client communication skills, report writing skills and presentation skills About UsOur nationwide multidisciplinary team of 650+ work collaboratively to deliver outstanding places and spaces that create lasting value for local communities.
