About the Company An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and flexible individual to join the Facility Maintenance Team as a, GENERAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER / ELECTRICAL Salary £35000pa Neg> Runwell Essex. Required 18th electrical edition. City & Guilds Grade 2. General electrical installation. Clear Enhanced DBS check Must be able or willing to learn the following Repair/replace:- Door hinges, door closure systems, locks, euro cylinders, Lock picking, door handles, vision panels, electronic strikes and plates, fire strips, door frames, Anti barricade systems. small plastering, painting, filling. Flooring repairs, hot welding, Window handles, window closures, window restrictors, window locks. Dishwasher small repairs, cooker small repairs, Fridge freezer small repairs all kitchen items. General plumbing, tap washers, taps, u-bends toilet systems flushing systems, Unblock Drains, ball valves, pneumatic flush buttons, isolation valves, pumps, solenoid valves, bathroom control systems, sensors. Shower heads and piping. Curtain rails, anti-ligature rails. Extractor fans, Emergency lighting, normal lighting, LED replacement wiring, light switches, plug sockets,. TV ariel leads. TV points. General carpentry,(nothing too complicated), furniture repair, PPMs and SLAs. And much much more.
