Job Requirements / Description
Well known service business based in the Manchester City Centre area requires a payroll administrator for their growing team. My client is a national service provider that has its head office in Manchester. Reporting to the payroll manager this role offers a motivated working environment, my client is heavily invested in its people. This role is also hybrid after a period of training.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager duties for this role include:

* running multiple payrolls including weekly and monthly

* dealing with the end-to-end aspects of the payrolls

* handling all queries in connection to the payrolls

* handling SSP, SMP, Starters, Leavers, P11D's

* assisting with the development of the payroll department, looking for ways to improve processes

* working with Excel, TEAMS, word and outlook

* working with internal bespoke payroll processes

The right candidate will have;

* end to end payroll experience

* working with multiple payrolls with different deadlines

* excellent IT skills

* experience of handling end to end queries

* knowledge of pensions is an advantage but not essential

This is an excellent role for someone with 1-2 years’ experience who is looking to further their experience or someone looking for a steady role in a motivated team. An excellent package is offered with this role along with hybrid working
