Our 'Purple People', the dedicated and passionate people of LCG, help us to deliver success no matter what, to achieve our vision to 'transform lives through learning'.Role InformationDUTIES Claiming learner certificates with Awarding Organisations and other bodiesSchedule online and paper based exam entries and log/distribute resultsPlan the invigilation of examinations in line with exam board requirementsAct as an invigilator as requiredEnsure the storage, security and distribution of exam papers adhere to Awarding Organisation guidelinesMaintain accurate and up-to-date data relating to examination entries and resultsAdministrate quality results and findings as requiredMonitor, update and distribute PPED data as per agreed deadlinesProvide support for EQA visits as required by Moderators or Quality ManagersTo book standardisation meetings when required and to keep an updated list of all activitiesTo provide support with the complaints process across the businessTo log all moderation activityKeep an updated list of approved qualifications and direct claims updatesRecord all External Quality Assurance visits and reports and distribute to the relevant stakeholdersLiaise with Awarding Organisations as directedTo provide support for all customer voice activitiesContact previous learners to identify their status, destination and further opportunitiesEngage with employers who have our apprentices and identify the job progression status after completionOffer additional IAG, next Steps and other alternatives to learners that can support further progression opportunities particularly for the transition 'from unemployed to employed'Contact learners for case studies and sharing success news stories across the wider businessProvide accurate reporting on learner destination and progression outcomes to meet the needs of all stakeholdersReview and analyse collected exit data and plan to contact and report on learner progression within touchpoints thereafterProvide coverage of tasks for other members of the team as requiredUndertake such duties as may be required corresponding with the level of responsibility and nature of the job in discussion with your line managerGENERIC DUTIESConduct your role in line with the company values and expected behavioursPromote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the companyComply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be vigilant to potential concerns and risks at all timesEnsure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Provide learners, customers and colleagues with support, advice guidance as part of your everyday roleWorking Flexibly If the working hours, days or times don't quite meet your needs please contact us to see if we can accommodate working flexibly.
